Amal and Tim Cashin, FilFil’s owners, hosted the opening party on Wednesday evening, 24 April, and welcomed many of their fellow North Laine traders, plus friends and family. Falafel was cooked-to-order and served up hot in pita bread topped with delicious crunchy salad.
Guests commented on the ‘deliciously, fresh falafel’, the ‘lively and friendly atmosphere’ and the ‘lovely interior with funky woodwork’.
